Dual Mode
The Dual Mode is the most efficient and technologically advanced nitrogen vaporization system in the marketplace today. The unit combines Vita's Quad-Phase flameless heat exchanger and Direct Fired technology, giving our clients the benefit of having two pieces of equipment in one. The system can deliver up to 180K SCFH (5,100m3) as a standalone non-fired unit, and up to 540K SCFH (15,200m3) by utilizing both systems in tandem. At 540K SCFH the Dual Mode achieves an ~40% reduction in fuel consumption. This piece of equipment is ideal for industrial and pipeline applications.
